What it is
The Ego-Development-Profile™ is a written report describing your current meaning-making structure and its nuances. It is based on a refined version of the Washington University Sentence Completion Test (WUSCT): you complete 36 sentence stems on a protected online platform.
Your responses are then analysed by a specifically trained human scorer (not by AI). The profile locates your centre of gravity on the map of ego development and describes your individual pattern within that stage, offering concrete levers for growth.

How it works
After you decide to proceed, I will send you a personal link to the online portal (this ensures that I prepare your profile personally). You complete all 36 items in a single sitting at a time that suits you; the platform guides you through the process.
Within about six weeks, you can decrypt and download your profile as a PDF using a provided passphrase. As a next step, we can arrange a feedback conversation to discuss your results and implications.
Working with your profile
To make the most of the results, I recommend at least one in-depth debriefing (about 1.5–3 hours). This can be followed by developmental coaching that helps you identify critical situations in daily life and practise concrete new responses — beyond your habitual patterns.
Frequency and duration vary. A common cadence is a longer conversation (≈2 hours) every 1–3 months over 12–18 months. ✉︎ Request a proposal
