I explore with people how meaning evolves — within themselves, between others, and across systems.

This work builds on decades of practice in psychotherapy and university teaching, and now focuses on Ego Development and Systemic Practice.

Sessions are available in English or German, online or in Vienna.

My Approach

My work integrates insights from developmental psychology and systemic thinking. I am interested in how our way of making sense changes over time — how perspective widens, becomes more self-authored, and more capable of holding complexity. I accompany individuals and professionals in reflective conversations that invite clarity, responsibility, and connection. I am especially drawn to those in transition toward and through post-conventional meaning making — a terrain that can feel both demanding and deeply human, where vulnerability and growth unfold side by side.

A note on language

English is not my first language. Over the years, my German — my mother tongue — has kept unfolding in depth and subtlety, while my English has largely stayed where it once was. In English, I sometimes need to find the right words; in German, they often find me. This difference reminds me that language itself is part of our developmental journey.

Ego-Development-Profile™ Debriefing

An individual feedback session on your developmental profile, offered as part of the German Ego-Development-Profile™ framework.

Rooted in the work of Jane Loevinger and Susanne Cook-Greuter, and further developed by Thomas Binder, this approach draws on the same theoretical lineage as the SCTi-MAP while applying a particularly rigorous and conservative manual.

Ongoing coaching for personal and professional evolution — grounded in Ego Development and systemic reflection. Systemic reflection is itself an expression of development. Just as the scientific community evolved toward seeing relations and contexts, each of us must grow to a point where systemic awareness can truly take root.

Systemic Case Reflection (for Therapists & Practitioners)

A reflective space for exploring therapeutic or consulting cases through a vertical-development lens. Focused on patterns of sense-making, role, and relationship dynamics.
